Conditions: All the kingdoms are bitterly cold, several sheets of snow draped over the lands with constant precipitation. The coldest land would be Igary, with temperatures far below zero and a cold to fear. Hyria is left in the middle and is dark, as usual with a thin haze over the moon at dusk.
